I'm a PhD candidate in composition and cultural rhetoric with a background in English literature and philosophy. I enjoy questions of authorship, intertextuality, digital literacies, networks, new media, and broader rhetorical theory, and current projects include fanfiction and video games. Transitioning from a small, liberal arts school to an R1, I'm still getting my bearings, but enjoy the new opportunities. Hobbies include piano, gaming, and (when possible) creative writing--as well as too many hours on YouTube.
